[Bug] Game Freezes After Mission

Since patch this morning(04/24/13) I am having to tab out to desktop and shut down Warframe.exe from Taskmanager and then restarting because the game hangs after every mission or every other mission.

Have you tried clearing your download cache? There is a chance that some files may not have been installed properly during the patch process. You can reset your download cache by doing the following:

 

1. Open the Warframe launcher

2. Click the little cog wheel at the top-right corner of the window

3. Click "Clear" next to 'Download Cache'

-   Try to play the game

 

If this does not work then please submit a support ticket with a copy of your EE log. A log file could help us narrow down what exactly is going on with the engine when the issue occurs.

 

Ideally it would be best if you use an EE log that was retrieved immediately after you've experienced the hang.

 

Your EE.log can be found at the following location:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Warframe

 

Once you have your log file then please submit a ticket to http://support.warframe.com/

Hopefully we can track down what is happening and remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
