No Active Squads

As per the title:

 

When I go into navigation and have my matchmaking set to public, All mission nodes read "Squads" as zero.

I tried picking a few of the currently popular nodes where I knew people would be playing and sure enough there they were. Even so, the node displayed 0 active squads for that node and every other node for each planet.

 

I tried logging out and logging back in, quitting the game and restarting, and so far neither has fixed this for me.

 

Yesterday this field was fine, I could see that people were playing, now I'm all alone. :/

 

The only difference is that today I now have a second monitor plugged into my computer but it isn't even used for the game.

 

Has anybody else had this happen to them? Have you managed to rectify it? How?

Same is happening to me. If there's any just explanation for this, it's most likely a bug.

I'm not sure if ping limit affects this. Try changing the value.

I thought this thread was about "why most of the star chart has 0 squads" lol.

My ping limit hasn't been changed but I'll try it.

I'm in the same exact situation, changing the ping limit had no effect.
