I'd remove fall-off from shotguns and push for a Grineer pump-action shotgun a bit less powerful than the Hek with a larger clip. 

 

I'd see about pushing to rework Excal into a true swordsman.

 

Push to rework spawning and affinity mechanics.

If I wanted to be mean:

Make every light in game have a 99% chance of being a Broken Light. And then attempt to add coding to prevent reverting it.

If I wanted to be nice:

Make it possible to have your favorite syndicate person be the mission info supplier.

If I wanted something for Yuikami:

Make it so you can be captured by Vor on purpose- that way you can "service" him so you can find out more about the Grineer.
