A Question For You Dxtory Users Out There

hello!

 

so i have been thinking of recording some clips for warframe and i seem to have run into a problem with Dxtory.

 

so here is the deal, i can normally play warframe with 60-120+ fps. and when i recorded with fraps it was able to capture the game at about 45-30 fps with no problem (for youtube i set the recording rate at 30). after getting sick of fraps becoming an annoyance after awhile i decided to switch to Dxtory and see how that worked out. it records minecraft fine, and has no trouble recording a few other games i tested out.

 

but when it records warframe the fps counter that comes with dxtory says it is recording at 30-60ish frames a second, but when i look at the actual clip the audio and video quality are choppy and the video is actually recorded at less than 10-5 fps.

 

just wanted to know if it is something obvious i'm doing wrong with the program because it used to record warframe just fine.
