Disabling Animated Launcher And Loading Screens

Can this be a thing? I'd rather have both be as minimalist as possible. Not only that, but the game would start up faster.

They could do an option about it, but I don't mind having little gifs turning in the background, they look kewl.

 

Like Settings >> animated launcher [ON]OFF

Unless you play warframe on a toaster, the animations shouldn't affect loading times. The resources for the visual process are seperate from the resources for the download process.

 

I can understand being minimalist though.

I don't play on a toaster, but my computer isn't the greatest, and for some reason the loading screens cause my game to freeze long enough for any multiplayer attempts to time out. I can't play with friends until they add this option. I want to be able to disable it, because it's unnecessary for me to have a 'fancy' loading screen. I just want to play. And I can't until they optimize it better.

I don't really care about the animations on the launcher. However, my laptop always freeze for a good 10 sec when the lisets starts to appear on screen. Then he proceed to load normally like everyone else.

 

This mean I can start a game without issue

People can join my game without issue

However... this extra delay on loading screen is kicking me out of every single group. I have to ask my friends to join me only after I load the mission.

 

For this reason, I would like to turn off the liset and loading screens.
