hello,

 

if you do a mission, you get reputation for two syndicates, do both of these reputations count towards the daily cap?

If so, does that mean if i do not buy the next rank from the second syndicate (that gets 50% of the reputation) i can get more reputation on the main faction on a single day ?

It's just the main chunk you get. For example, let's say I'm wearing a sigil for Cephalon Suda. If I gain 1000 rep in a mission, the following will happen:

 

Cephalon Suda +1000

Arbiters of Hexis +500

Red Veil -500

New Loka -1000

 

But it will only consume 1000 points from the daily. The daily rep will be consumed by the sigil of the syndicate you're wearing, plus any bonus (from a higher sigil). The syndicate mission bonuses do not count towards daily.

I was trying to level it up faster, daily cap is so low. Only 3 or 4 missions :(

Furthermore, if you're wearing a sigil for a capped syndicate (say you haven't ranked up yet) you will still drain from your remaining rep without actually receiving it.
