Sigil's "alpha" Parameter Resets With Each Update/hotfix

Mostly affects sigils equipped on frames not in use during the update, but sometimes also the one on active frame.

Noticed on base and top sigils of Steel Meridian.

Manual setting of "alpha" parameter (transparency) is to the far left, after updates/hotfixes resets to default (somewhere around the middle).

 

Edit: apparently also resets on the active frame after doing archwing missions (noticed as a client).

 

Update: today it's been resetting after every mission.
