"app Already Running"

I'm running Warframe via Steam, but with every attempt I'm met with a message saying "App Already Running" in a small window. I looked in my Task Manager to close the application that is apparently already running, but cannot find it. In addition to this, I've tried launching Warframe without launching Steam. That didn't work either. Am I doing something wrong, or is the game broken?

I've had this many times as well, it turned out that their crash report tool was open in the background (not sure why as I closed warframe myself) and does not display in the task manager. I had to use a 3rd party tool(Process Explorer) to terminate it.

Edit: Can't recall if simply terminating Steam solved the problem or not (you can check), but restarting Windows did solve it.

Try to find on task manager the following (maybe you searched for warframe :s) Launcher.exe or The evolotion engine or Warframe.x64
