I Can't Make Dragon Keys, Please Help

As the title implies, I can't make dragon keys for orokin derelict missions. For some reason the game says I don't have any orokin void keys, which is dumb because I have plenty. For a referance, I am MR 11 with tons of keys. Anyone have any idea if i'm doing something wrong, if this is a bug, or am I just plain stupid?

You are not alone. Cant build any either. Sure i got all the dragon keys built, but i cnat build more.

Possibly a bug with the recent Hotfix.

Did a vault run earlier and all 4 members had this issue. a similar post aught to go in a bug report section of the forums.
