Cyborger1 Posted January 19, 2015 Share Posted January 19, 2015 It is a staple of the Castanas that they proc electricity 100% of the time with an added chance to proc whatever elemental you got going on it through its base 10% (or something) status chance. I havent been able to get it to proc anything but electricity. I have right now a radiation+ viral build and I always no matter what proc electricity.
