This is not a crazy demand, it does have it's cons once stamina runs out.

 

Take all credit if it comes out, I only want functionality. For me and the masses.

I think what OP wants is dual stat mods that is combo of Rush and Shield Flux. Mod that increase your speed and drains you energy/shields ( whatever it was ) when you run out of stamina.

While we are at it, can we also get a mod or even better, a complete fix to the current state of melee stance combos. Either a mod that allows you to drain stamina or energy, or both, to break stance combos by pressing a hot key if avoidable damage was imminent. Actually, I am going to post it in why hasn't this been fixed yet.
