After Starting Stolen Dreams, Navigation Shows Howl Of The Kubrow As Pending.

I started Stolen Dreams and in the Navigation screen, it says "Pending" "HOWL OF THE KUBROW" which I'd completed a long time ago...

 

 

Setting the quest active in that Navigation menu does this (along with a long dialogue between Ordis/Lotus about Kubrow stuff and Ordis telling me to "take care" of my Kubrow...):

 

 

And after the game realizes I cannot do that quest since it's completed, it goes back to this:

similar thing happened to me. after starting stolen dreams, nav showing two other pending quest; hidden messages, where i was to craft the mirage chassis and the other one was vor's prize. i completed those a long time ago.
