Why Do People Say Mag Is Bad?

not that bad against infested/grineer when you knwo what you are doing....

 

when modded properly in you don't kill infested trash with a pull you will surely do it with a crush

 

if you are not killing infested trash with crush it means you either failed your build or you are already on such level that you'd be screwed anyway

 

also against grineer - taking mag against grineer surely is suboptimal way although she still can do good work there - first of all iirc most grineers are using armor that is vulnerable against magnetic (only heavies uses the one that is frakkin resistant) and bullet atractor says hello

 

although you will not want to expose yourself to an enemy fire or at lest to too much of it as bleeds are gonna crush you :/
