Now, TL;DR will represent: Too Late; Don't Resuscitate (e.g.: If a patient is dying already, and nothing can save him/her, doctors can then say TL;DR to other doctors). Good for paramedics when checking on the injured (to quickly communicate that someone is already dead), and good for doctors as well (for communication).
