Does Anybody Have Any Experience With This? Dark Screen On End Of Mission

What the title says. And - if the answer is affirmative, could you tell me how to fix the issue?
 

To present the exact problem, this screen appears whenever I finish a Void mission - but only when I finish it in solo mode. I get all the rewards and everything, but have to restart the game to unfreeze it.

Any advice?

Bug reappeared two-three patches ago. Vay Hek showing this after fight.

Happened to me yesterday. It was the first time ever.

 

Fortunately, the computer still send the mission results to the WF servers so I got all rewards even though I needed to Alt-tab close the game.

 

It was after a Mars Augustus Interception mission.

And yes I believe I picked up a few color pigments.

Aha, pigments could be part of the cause here. When I get that screen at the end of a mission I always picked up some pigments.
