Bugged Screen After Finishing A Game

Already happened about three times and getting annoying...

 

 

Seems random as well, I just play regular missions and it just happens. Tabbing out of the game may cause this but I cannot say that for a fact because I do it all the time so I assume it has to do with on of the latest patches. No obvious way to get out of it as well except closing the game.

This error has been months in the game. It seems incredible that [DE] it has not solved any of the updates.

Well this never happened to me before so that is interesting, been on the game for 2 years so its maybe something I changed on my end? Would explain why DE cant exactly pin the problem.

The same thing has been happening to be. I don't think its tabbing out because I started the game, finished the mission, and got the grey screen of death. I've also been getting this almost every time making it quite annoying. Please fix DE. Having to close the game and restarting is very annoying especially after a mission that only takes about 2 minutes.
