(PSN)iscayman
So Argon Plating is the mod for increased armor on archwing as you may already know. If you're not aware of how argon crystals deteriorate, well they do after being in your inventory for 24 hours. So why would the archwing be protected by something that's just going to erode away so soon? Wouldn't Alloy Plating or Ferrite Plating be a much more logical choice? Aeiroth
Space Magic~ Edit: Also, I guess it sounded better than their other suggestions. Edited February 20, 2015 by Aeiroth
Karukiku
Archwing missions is a special place for special people, this post may be in the wrong category. Archwing missions are cool, but not good enough to get many players into it.

DeltaFox13
Only raw Argon Crystals deteriorate. It's probably used as part of an alloy in the Archwing.

Mcl_Blue
Well, this isn't an issue with other things made out of Argon Crystal, so I guess that as long as whatever the Crystal is going to be used for is made before it vanishes, it's fine. Alloy or ferrite is heavy, would make you sluggish In the weightless vacuum of space? Edited February 20, 2015 by Mcl_BlueMadness
EversorNinja
Alloy or ferrite is heavy, would make you sluggish 1) space = weightlessness 2) alloy plate is used in Warframe construction, and we aren't sluggish, so it probably isn't all that heavy

Well by that logic, every other weapon that has Argon in its components for building should "magically" erode away, making said weapon useless. 2pro4u.com
Fun Fact: Argon, the element itself, is actually a very stable element (as it has an octet of electrons making it a noble gas) the fact that Argon Crystals are so unstable is probably because DE wanted some sort of resource that made players want to use it as quickly as possible (or something along those lines)
(PSN)qwerty1310
It's... Magiku Sure! I wanna cover myself with some Argon Crystals so that I don't have to go to the Void every now and then.
