It's basically a randomized loop of monster girl images, from a folder where I keep over a thousand of them. The amount of SFW images in that folder is probably a single digit percentage. There's also next to zero shortcuts on the desktop itself, aside from a small handful of commonly used applications stuffed into the lower left and right corners. Y'know, to not get in the way.
