taiiat Posted March 12, 2015 Share Posted March 12, 2015 (edited) i don't think you can make this work in the balance scope of the game. we have Weapons with Elemental Damage as that's supposed to be a significantly unique feature. IPS Weapons having the capability to have any Elemental type they want severely disrupts the balance of the game. what little balance we have. quality of ideas over quantity.
