The answer is: We give all the ability spammers Excalibur Prime/Lato Prime/Skana Prime, thereby reducing two problems into one problem. Because logically, -1 > -2, therefore one problem is better than two problems. I do not care how many things are thrown my way in this thread, because I know for a fact that I know how to enjoy myself in a world where people do not seem to be enjoying themselves. Then, we should also have a "bug" that makes players randomly get radiation proc'd by using their 4th, kinda like an overheating of the warframe that makes players not only hit enemies, but just about everyone in the vicinity with their most powerful ability. Like a berserk status that lasts a few seconds where everyone's an enemy. ---edit--- By the way, I'm being entirely sarcastic :-P Cuz the OP is sarcastic.
