Is This A Glitched Emblem Spawn?

I don't know if this is actually a glitch spawn, or if there's a way to drain the water/pit from there. But basically i found a dot of a item on that spot with thief's wit while doing a hexis mission:

 

 

And when i went to look i found this emblem there:

 

 

I managed to grab it by going to the very edge of the box and letting my frame slide while pressing X like a madman, but if you try to stand on the spot there, you get sent back to the half submerged cart next to this spot, as if it worked like a pit. Since i'm not sure if there's a way to drain the water or not, i'd rather make sure if this is a glitch or not.

The levels are full of hidden spots, but at the same time there are a lot of faults. I'd just chalk it up to be a glitch and give yourself a pat on the back for spoting it!

Its a bug,glitch.usually player falls off the map and dies.
