Dex Dakra Rank 6

I want to know, since the dex dakra is given out for free on the anniversary dates yet is a rank 6 weapon, does that mean that people who are rank 5 or lower are not able to obtain it???

I am currently rank 5 so....................no pretty dakra for me?

I hope everyone gets the Dex Dakra and that the mastery rank 6 only means a mastery lock. Ofcourse it would be more fun if there was no Mastery restricition at all.

If it does have a mastery lock, I imagine you'll be able to get it but not use it until you reach the required rank.

I don't believe event weapons or the upcoming Dex Dakra will have any MR restriction. Since it's added directly to your inventory, you won't face any restriction on building or buying it. (Prime Access also lets you bypass MR restrictions this way).
