Bluetooth Devices Dying During Missions

Recently got myself a bluetooth headset with mic.

Every time I go into the navigation system, the sound completely cuts off.

I thought it was my headset at first but it works fine with all my other applications (skype, raid call, etc)

 

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem before?

The mic works and people can hear me when I push to talk but since my sound's been cut off, I can't hear them.

EDIT: I'm using Windows 8.1 on an Asus laptop. The Bluetooth headset's a photive BTH3

Could still be more of a hardware or driver issue. In most cases, any headset of any kind will work with basic applications like Skype, as those programs have the option to select any sound source on your PC independently of your windows sound settings (what you have set as primary audio out).

Same here, just bought my first pair and all is great until i go into the nav system to connect with players and it cuts out :(. Hope there is a fix for this. Any ideas??
