AXCrusnik
The benefits they offer are the rewards you can pick from. Also a list of their sacrifices and (if you click the item to check their wiki page) where to get them, as well as the items they offer can be found on the wiki. Edit: just woke up, forgot to post the link lol http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Red_Veil Edited March 18, 2015 by AXCrusnik

d3me
Each one have it's own benefits, it's just a question of your style. The first thing you'll get from them is Sigils, so look at their merchandise and choose for yourself, what you want to paint on your frame. Then consider their weapon and frame abilities Let's analyze, shall we? The "easy" way is to pick 3 syndicates to level. Obviously, its either New Loka, Perrin and Red Veil or Suda, Hexis and Meridian. It's easy to level all 3 without impacting another allied faction. The latter choice will eventually lead you to two most powerful pistols in the game, but former still have nice things to offer. About materials: you can farm crafting resources at the normal missions and prime parts and Formas at the Void (or what DE make instead in patch 16). Only problem is Catalysts and Reactors. You can buy it only at the cash shop or wait for special alert missions. Still, if you need platinum, you can farm and sell golden Fusion Cores and Prime parts to other players Edited March 18, 2015 by d3me
direcyphre
Also, regardless of what syndicate you choose, be sure to initiate in all syndicates so that you have the starter sigil for all of them, in case you want to advance in a different syndicate later.
