Narrow minded can definetly be maxed out for it if you just need CC but i find this amount of range just enough. No reason to bring Blind Rage + Intensify. Blind Rage alone is plenty. Most of the time Intensify alone is plenty. I would not polarize that V. Leave it blank and polarize another D instead. You'll eventually want some aug or another and that's the spot you would swap.
