Abilities In Pvp

Abilities are pretty much a one hit k.o. unless the target can slightly dodge. However with homing (or chaining) abilities there is no possability of surviving, unless your copter is better then your attacker. Making Volt or Ash (when he goes in pvp) over powered compared to all the other frames that have to aim.

 

The same sort of problem occurs with Excal. All frames in pvp (so far) wipe the area of affect with their 4th ability. All except Excal who has to get close to the opposing player (before they copter away) to perform a slow animation, hitting only those in sight. All fourth abilities are slow however for Excal that only can hit those in-sight it puts him at a disadvantage compared to other frames.
