Seriously guys do you want to play warframe where all the frames have the same core stats and the only difference is in their powers which we will rarely get to use due to lack of energy on the field?

Volt Prime has 100 Armour, as opposed to Volt with 15 Armour. That means Volt Prime has: 

 

150 Shields

100 Health

100 Armour

 

In short, a Chroma/Rhino hybrid, so that is something different.

I'm not championing that primes should be better than the base version in pvp. Volt and Volt prime...still volt, its cool if theyre the same.

I'm trying to ensure that different frames remain different. By different frames I mean that Rhino is different that Volt.  

 

Right now there are still some differences in frame stats but every time I read something that says anything about making all stats the same across the board I get concerned they are going toward homogenization. And I'm not going to wait until its running rampant before I speak up.

Although it is weird that DE normalize the base energy, it shouldn't be the case.  DE shouldn't mess with the base stats of the frame.  Instead tweak the ability power
