KlarVyvern
Looks good for now, but I prefer vitality instead of redirection.
(PSN)Quo_Tee
It is a good all round excalibur build which focuses on buffing all of his powers without any negative effects, great for starting players, when you get the chance though swap Vigor for a R8 or even max rank Vitality to make your excalibur much more tankier
(PSN)Quo_Tee
And if You forma his aura slot to a dash polarity you will be able to have 7 more energy for maxing out your other mods

Jeetza
Remove the flow, vigor, and fortitude. I'd suggest max efficiency and some other corrupt mods in those slots. You only need 1 survivability mod on any frame. If that doesn't cut it for you, then you need to work on dodging or killing enemies more efficiently. Also, Flow is only good if you are bad at managing your energy. If you can learn how to get rid of that crutch you can make space in your builds. It isn't a bad starting build if that's all you have, i'm just making suggestions for endgame builds. Edited March 28, 2015 by Jeetza
EvilKam
Excal works great with a max range build. Put overextended in there, add in a streamline/fleeting expertise when you get them, this lets you hit insane radial blind ranges, and maintain max (75%) efficiency so that you can spam it all day long. Remember, Radial Blind affects level 500 enemies, and level 5 enemies, equally good.
Tanned2DGirl
there is no good warframe build because everyone is a teammateexcalibur is not a solo type warframe but still you should focus on the build on your abilities
