What Is The Current State Of All Warframes?

In its current state, where do each frame rank and why?  Also, as a new player, can someone give me a rank from 1 - 23 of who is hardest to get in the game?

Hardest to get?

 

I'd say Mesa.

 

Because of the RNG on getting parts for the Mutalist Alad V key to get her, and the RNG on her part drops.

I'd say for the most part you can't really miss with most of the frames.  Half of them are really good.  The other half are still very usable.  Really the only time a frames usability is put into question is when you talk about end game (end game being raids or really high endless waves.)

 

Though I will say that as far as hard frames to get it would be:

 

hydroid, mesa, chroma for you since pc, nekros, limbo.  though if you like archwing missions and don't mind excavation missions limbo isn't so bad.

As a new player I would advise you to consider the mod requirements for certain builds. Some frames are amazing only after you have the ideal mods closed to max which would present a challnge to you.

 

Certain frames exist that are sort of niched for a specific role and would be very cost-effective without too many mods. An example is mag against corpus.
