Most of the players in the Oceania region who use these warframes demand being ahead of everyone else and or leaving everyone behind thinking just because they reach the evac point, they won so it doesn't matter if they get the least kills because the moral victory is getting to the end first. Aside from using it on your decoy (which means it's a 50 energy teleport, which is dumb), why would I want to teleport someone I want to murder away from me?
