HibikiGanaha Posted April 15, 2015 Share Posted April 15, 2015 The normal mission has lines for the hostage. The syndicate rescue targets should also have spoken lines. It helps when they call out to you that they go down. Maybe DE was going to make individual voice acted stuff for each syndicate, but it's been a few months since the syndicates came out.
