"select Difficutly" Screen Instead Of Mission Start

I was trying to do a mission (Sedna, Undine), and instead of the usual, after the loading screen, I got this:

 

Those two "Random Mission" buttons are not click-able, and the "Menu" buttons are not working. I have to forcely close the game and restart it.

Same thing happening to me in ME3, the bugg show me characters not launched yet XD
