The "shopping center" was not something in the skyrim atmosphere, it was something very simple and modern, and there was a lot of people doing weird dance in the middle of it, which was outside If you saw it, you check your browser history for it. XD Also relevant: ^fair warning, if you watch too far, theres a split second of nsfw in the video(his character is naked, and you don't actually see it for more than a second.), but you don't need to watch that far for the raining trains. i.e. don't watch past 10:47(I don't think it's that bad, as it's a game, but thought I'd put a warning out anyway.)
