Pc To Ps4 Transfer?

I stopped playing this game a while back, because I pretty much had eveeverything except the mods you couldn't get anymore and was really just waiting for a spark. but it didn't come til i got busy. I recently got a PS4, now I wanna try it on here. But is it still possible to transfer?

Account transfer stopped a looooong time ago. Pretty sure it was also a one-time only sort of thing.

Though they have been discussing the possibility of another one however nothing has been confirmed yet.

Dude that sucks. Welp download cancelled lol waste of my space -_- they should just keep it open. Its like taking prisoners in PC world. Or at least, link it, not just trasnfer but both devices can use 1 account.
