Did it ever occur to you that this is the second similar idea immediatlly after I wrote mines? Why cant mines shine? I have recieved a nice amount of follows and some likes. A few dislikes but ppl have given Me constructive ideas and I have rewritten it according to balance and for people to like and agree with I appreciate the ideas but why not collaborate with Me? I rather not compete and just cooperate to make a great idea after all this sounds similar to mines and another guys aswell made a similar one before this thread. (For the lazy: ShadowsofKoga suggested that Teleport leave behind a Decoy that explodes if shot at, similar to Molt. (PS4)CoolD2108 suggested free-aim teleport.
