Was Self Damage Nerfed?

I have been running some comps for Trin(99%).

I have noticed in this most recent update (16.7) glaive has been doing less damage to health than it used to.

It used to do exactly 305 damage on health, now it does ~240.

Was there a stealth nerf?

Yes.

 

I couldn't quote a patch note but a while back there were a ton of threads about it. It was reduced considerably. I remember because I was laughing when some people were calling it a stealth nerf to Trinity.

 

I'm not a fan of blast weapons in the first place so I should not be considered an authority, but at the time I played around with my Angstrum and it did much less to me than I remembered from leveling it (when I killed myself outright quite often lol). Then just recently I tested a U.I. bug with Saryn using it to hurt myself so I could heal up with her Molt augment and it was still hitting me for much less than I expected.

I think it wasn't nerfed until 16.7. Before I had no problem at all dmg my Turin from 300 hp to 2. Yesterday when I tested it I most of the time ended up 30~ hp left. Yet I have pressure point, 2 poison element mods equipped.
