The screenshot didn't save for some reason. Anyhow, I'll try to explain. Was doing a co-op mission and ran into one of the rooms - in the middle of the room it had a giant item (graphical bug) that you could walk through - it basically covered 80% of the room. The item looked like a giant piece of coal! with no texture had parked inside the room. The other player in my game couldn't see it.
