Rabcor Posted May 21, 2013 Share Posted May 21, 2013 (edited) I had Boltor with 105% serration on it, like an obedient gun it dealt 36 damage per shot to everything i shot. Then this Grineer commander shows up, and he only takes 18 (base)damage per shot. Boltor (which fires bolts that)should ignore armor. What is the meaning of this? It seems like others mentioned that he has a 50% flat damage reduction. are you sure it wasnt hitting his shields? shields don't get boosted by armor.
