Maybe some small 5v5 skirmish CTF maps or something along those lines, maybe some 20v20 CTF/FFA/TDM pvp? Would be quite fun, but considering how the community is right now, with it being so lovable the only downside is that it may bring out the ego in some players. The game really isn't balanced for PvP, and is unlikely according to the FAQ thread to ever have it, but you will see some 1v1 stuff in the dojo. PvE should be perfected before the devs look into tacking on extras like PvP. Inb4 whinefest and/or thread lock.
