Have you ever thought that it may be a bad idea to have a frame with Maxed out Vitality, Redirection, Steel Fiber, Armored Agility, Rush, Aviator, Fast Deflection, Fortitude, Surefooted...and thats before you even get to your Power enhancing mods? This wouldnt make interesting mods. This would make ridiculously overpowered Frames. Yet, it's happening in a limited way in the next update.
