Doesn't the supra have a bunch of other characteristics that define it that aren't painfully slow projectile speed? I'm pretty sure that its the only laser firing, spool-time-having, high puncture damage, large magazine, corpus themed weapon in the game.

99.100% of Players reduces or removes the Spool up from the Weapon, just like they do with Soma.

and then, Tetra, Dera, Cestra all can be described by your other facets. (*cough* Encapsulated Plasmatic Projectiles)

some Enemies are the same, some aren't.

so on the other side of the table, you have Dera, which is convergingly accurate for Players, but shoots from both barrels in a spread, rather than in a convergence.

Seekers almost exclusively create Slash and Puncture Status(with absolutely enormous Slash Ticks, so a ton of Slash Damage), despite Player version being Impact.

Marelok fires miniature nukes, while the Player one is 'just' a direct shooting Cannon.

yes, some Weapons are nearly identical just with less Damage. some have distinctly different performance.

they are, however, completely different Weapons that may or may not share stats.

the issues when Dera was released showed us that this was the case, that someone accidentally left the NPC Dera Damage on the Dera, which made it the worst gun in the game at the time.

can avoid issues like Eviscerators shooting Miters like they were Bratons.

what about every Player ever that has been saying they want to fire their Miter like a machine gun when uncharged? :p Edited July 26, 2015 by taiiat
