Prisma Dual Cleavers Hitting Enemies But Not Doing Damage

as title said, I sometimes do 0 damage on enemies even if I am very close. You even see blood when hitting the enemy,

I can confirm this. I just tabbed out of doing the regor assassination. even when my hits register, they seem to do diminutive damage even in spite of corrosive projection, fire mods with accelerant debuffing.

EDIT: I forgot to unequip my dragon key. that explains a lot...

I have also had this issue. The blades will tend to clip through enemies. I'm unsure if it's part of the swirling tiger stance or if it's related to power channeling, but the game doesn't register the attacks.

Yes, the prisma dual cleavers are broken since the update. Most attacks will do no damage at all even thought they clearly connect with the enemy.

I cannot hit enemies with my Dakra Prime (Primed Reach equipped) at point-blank range too. Even after 5 swings, they still are not hit by the sword.

Feels like I'm playing BF4 at launch whenever I use the Cleavers.

I have had this issue with the Atterax for a long time.

Melee range has been messed up since 16.5. Got real bad with certain weapons come 17.

Is this even going to get fixed? I would imagine it's a high priority glitch when melee weapons don't work as advertized, a.k.a don't work. Don't they test this stuff before they put it out?

My Prisma Dual Cleavers seem to hit nothing but air when I'm rigtht up on them. The only time they seem to work is during a stealth kill. Going to attempt other weapons now and see if they are similarly affected.

 

Update: Fang Prime seems to work just fine. It is quite possibly just a select few weapons.

 

Update 2: While we're on the subject of things broken since the last update; Switch Teleporting to Decoy doesn't always want to work.

My Dual Cleavers haven't been the same since U17. Oddly, I seem to have more of a chance of hitting when I stand still in front of an enemy rather than running at it and swinging, though it's still not a guarantee. Very annoying bug, would really like to not have to switch to a new weapon just because the game decided that this (rather expensive) one doesn't work any more.

I've experienced this as well and it's honestly disappointing because now I can't use my favorite melee weapons.

This was my go-to weapon against the Infested.

I've been experiencing it too and I didn't realize that was what was happening.

 

I kept wondering why my I wasn't ever getting life back from life strike or things were taking a lot longer to die than they should. Frustrating.

 

Needless to say it's caused me a few deaths while I sit there apparently swinging away at air 2 feet in front of a group of enemies.

I can confirm, hitting the enemy up close (right next to it) doesn't do any DMG. i have had to hit them at the tip of my blade in order for it to register

I switched back to Dual Cleavers; weirdly they don't seem to be missing as much as the Prisma version. :|
