Just like the title says, the Drekar Ballista has the same HP as a Heavy Gunner. I don't really mind them being more tanky than regular Ballistae but I don't think making their stats almost identical to heavy gunners is great. If it were only double, I would have no problem with that. Yeah... That seems a lot better. Especially since my daikyu can one-shot a heavy gunner, but takes 2-3 shots to kill a ballista.
