Death Pit In Void

I got an Extermination key from a mission this morning, and went into the mission to try it out.At one point, I went to the ground floor of a room to kill some enemies, and fell into a pipe water was flowing into.  Instead of what I expected(The normal falling event, where the screen fades and you appear where you were, I just landed.  That was it.  There was a lip around the inside of the pipe which prevented me from climbing back up through a wall run of any sort.  After about 20 minutes, and a few friends trying to help out, I was forced to simply abandon the mission, since we'd determined no way out.  Not certain if its supposed to let me just fall in there or not.

Yeah, I found something like this, it was a small little pool of water, instead of a floor when I landed in it, I fell out of the world and died (twice before it put my body back up in the map)

Yup. That'll teach me to go around experimenting with jumps in a brand new tileset.
