While it's slightly unnerving that they CAN do this I honestly wouldn't be too worried if you're a regular user. The win10 conspiracy theories really need to stop, it's not like people aren't analyzing this OS with a fine-toothed comb constantly. Besides, no one is forcing anyone to use it.
