-Kryptic
This is really strange. I OC'd my 3770k to 4.7GHz, stable at 20c, no load. Windows 10 has increased the max core clock to 5.2GHz(although stable so far), and the temps go way up. The multiplier(or scale, I forgot)i in my BIOS is set to 47. No one else has had this happen to them. I searched it up on google, and many other forums. Wat do?

Pacheon
Have installed any boosters from Intel? They might interfere with the OS, since most of the applications still need some proper porting from Win7 (not windows 8 and such, since that OS got it's stuff ported from Win7 as well). Might be a regular issue with Win10 as well. If you have the possibility returning to Win7, do so and wait about 6-7 months, so that Microsoft merges and irons out those system bugs. For my usage, Win10 is still an unstable and unusable operating system. Tested it on my laptop, which serves as a main base for my C++ game and it's coded MSSQL cooperating stream through ODBC. None of the functions, which I used to run properly on Win7, worked on Win10. Waste of time and resources.
