Best Frames/tilesets To Solo Intercept?

Please mention any warframes that are suited to either Corpus or Grineer nodes, or both, as well as best tilesets and nodes to farm for non endless keys. I have an uncooked Frost built around strength snow globe, but i would like to see what is still available in store. Thank you in advance.

I suppose repelling Bastilles around each console would work too. If they can't get to the console they can't take the node.

The Interception on Saturn with Frost and a Soma (Prime) with shred (punch through is essential) on it.  There is a place you can stand to cover 3 of the 4 points relatively easily.

Idk if this still works but disarmed enemies can't capture nodes. If you disarm all enemies on the map and leave them alive then you're good to go.

start by cappin a and b, then go to the pillar supporting the catwalk nea a and b http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130608185738/warframe/images/7/7a/2013-06-08_00012.jpg and use chaos then go cap d, run back to pillar and do chaos, cap d and go back to pillar and keep chaosing till end of round

Max slow and duration Nova and max range Nyx on Jupiter Interception. You can cover the whole tileset with both skills.

Also max range and as much duration as you can Mirage to blind the whole map. With her you can solo any interception, including the T4 one.

Mag on the Jupiter map is easy mode.  Gets you neural sensors as a bonus.

Nyx/Mirage/Saryn/Loki with iradiating disarm

Basically almost any frame that you're good with it. Mag in Augustus,Mirage/Loki/New Frost are also solid options...on Drako,I always rely on my ol'Trin.

 

The most rewarding maps are Augustus - Mars ,Opik - Phobos .
