Simply don't play Warframe for a day, and pray that during the next 6 days you'll get it. I always get 75% discounts... Probably because I never bought plat ( tinfoilhat intensifies ). Also, that. Many people already said that after taking sometime off (few days), they did get a discount on the 2nd consecutive login reward. It is of course just RNG and doesn't need to work. You'll probably earn enough plat to make it look like you got the 75% discount BEFORE you ever get the actual discount from the login reward.
