I think you can guess where that bug came from :D ré-anima-tion => ré-Equinox-tion This happens at least in the arsenal menu, when you try to buy revives. But since most people click on that button as a misclick, no one ever noticed. I haven't noticed that bug anywhere else, but it wouldn't hurt checking.
