yoo, i have maxed out my syndicate steel meridian and slow nova and speed nova, what mods do i need?

Speed nova is no powerstrength mods and Overextended.

 

Slow Nova is Power strength mods - Range and Duration

Technically you want duration for both, duration will make your prime cover a larger area. Range makes the explosions chain to other enemies at a farther distance.

Strength mods is where the slow/speed part comes in. In a speed build you don't use any strength mods and throw on overextended. For a slow build the more strength you add the slower the enemies will go.
